- If you require a new invite to be sent to you please give us a call and we would be happy to help you. (note: the invite expires after 6 days)
- You will only be authorized to book an appointment with your specific family doctor.
- Only regular (10-15 minute) appointments may be booked online. Complete physical examinations or appointments for longer sessions must be made by phone.
