Limitations to Online Booking
- As of June 2022 you must re-register yourself to access our online bookings and to view your test results.
- You will need to have a cell phone number and personal email address (email address cannot be shared with other family members). We understand this is an issue as not everyone has a cell phone or personal email address and we are working with the company to resolve this.
- You will only be authorized to book an appointment with your specific family doctor. Walk-In patients cannot book appointments online.
- Your Family Doctor will call you at the scheduled booking time (approx). Please make sure your phone does not BLOCK unknown numbers.
- Only regular 10 minute appointments may be booked online. Complete physical examinations or appointments for longer sessions must be made by phone.

In order for your registration to match to Ancron Medical Centre your demographics must match what we have exactly.
- Make sure you are using your full legal name
- Your date of birth must be entered Month/Day/Year
- Email address and cell phone number must match the one you have provided to the clinic
- Made sure to not add a “1” before your cell phone number
- Make sure your email address is not being used by anyone else in your family
